Visit From Dogs Trust 21/11/2018
Paul and Magic from Dogs Trust came to our school today. Paul reminded everyone about the importance of taking care of our dogs and explained how to stay safe around unfamiliar dogs. He also shared some great facts about different species of dogs. Everyone was especially excited to meet Magic too!
Science Week 2018
During Science Week 2018, we had a visit from wildlife expert, Dale Treadwell, who has featured on RTE Junior's "Albie the Why Guy" and "Kazoo." Dale spoke to the different classes about local wildlife, mini-beasts and dinosaurs. He also did some planting with small groups in the school grounds and read from his books "Robbie the Robin" and "Harry the Hedgehog."
Halloween 2018 25/10/2018
There was great excitement at the annual Halloween Fashion Show this year. Take a look at the spooky costumes worn by the boys and girls in 2nd and 3rd class.
